Returns & Exchanges

At Mudpuppy, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be returned in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
